In the famous words of Zombie boy, "I like Turtles." Edit: I used to like Turtles. The service is so slow now, you could probably order a pizza in from Domino's before you got your drinks. The Loft is better, because you have the same number of wait staff for fewer patrons (I swear there is exactly one waiter in either space at any time). The Loft staff are also friendlier, probably because they get tipped better on alcohol-heavy tabs.

This is our regular haunt for a great burger (grass-fed beef!) and their Big Salad, especially on Salty Dog Saturday. That being said, we've liked everything we've tried, just impressed by their burger and by their super friendly efficient staff.

We dined here celebrating my birthday. I had the creamy chicken marsala over fettuccine. Almost as good as the dish I used to get at Mona Lisa. One of the best in the area. My sons feasted on the ribs and, again, excellent. In fact, we have never had bad ribs here. I will say that our server was also exceptional this evening. On previous visits I would say the wait staff has been hit or miss. Really enjoyed our dinner this evening. Will be back, but there was never a question of that.

The Loft used to be great. They closed the upper seating due to " staffing shortage". Waiting for a table has become unacceptable when there are tables upstairs. I've seen multiple groups of customers walk in & right back out. We really enjoy the food but while sitting at the drinks & appetizer couch Only for about 30 minutes and no one asked if we wanted a drink while waiting, we left. POOR SITTING AVAILABILITY, POOR SERVICE. Such a disappointment.

I really like this place. The staff is always really on point, super kind, and the place is kid-friendly. I’ve always enjoyed the food: the salads are fresh, tasty, and generously portioned. The crab cakes were tender and well-spiced. My family has loved the food, too, and we need to go try some more of the extensive menu options.
