It's been a long time since I have gone to Shari's, and now i remember why. First off, most of the food was great. Looked great, tasted great. However... when I ordered my steak, I asked for medium and it came looking as if it was completely raw on the inside. I don't mind medium rare, but rare , no can do. I started cutting into my steak and the very outside bits were cooked well, but the middle was very very rare. Not pink with blood, but completely rare. I tell our waitress that Its too rare to eat. So she takes it and doesn't charge me for my coffee and doesn't charge someone else in our party for their iced tea. As far as I'm concerned, I paid for a 16 ounce steak and was only able to eat maybe 2 or 3 ounces of it. Unacceptable. She could have atleast threw it in the microwave for a minute or two. Hell, that would have cooked it more than they did.

Quick service. Nice people. Ladies room needs attention. Breakfast all day in a thousand variations. Very delicious. We bought a peanut butter silk pie to go

We arrived about fifteen minutes to 1pm, were not greeted or acknowledged until 1pm, many empty tables and a lot of servers (at least 5! We counted!), no silverware or napkins on the table we were seated at, one person gave us napkins but no silverware until the server came to take our order. She also got us water without asking if we wanted it or not and that was lucky! No drink order was offered and the servers who seated us made it feel awkward to ask. We waited 25 minutes for two sandwiches and fries during which time we ran out of water and did not receive more until AFTER our food was delivered. Truly terrible service that really demoralized us about the food we ordered. Probably won't come back here again and we can't recommend that anyone choose this Shari's location when there are others to choose from.

Don't like the seating since they renovated. The booths are uncomfortable and cramped. Still have good diner food, great pies, and am awesome milkshake

Excellent breakfast food. But the staff... The staff is absolute madness. The entire time my husband and I had to listen to a waitress named Candye complain her head off on how she has to do everything, comes in way to early and how she just has no time to do anything she's way too busy. Funny thing was she didn't seem busy at all. She just wanted to make some noise about it apparently. It was quite annoying frankly, and it doesn't look good on the restaurant. For everyone that was sat in her section her remark was "they're gonna have to wait I'm busy." Busy talking about it I guess. we will be back, but to a different location. I don't recommend this one.
