The folks who work here are always nice. The food has huge portions for the price you pay, especially if you get a combination plate. The restaurant is really cozy, and the booths are huge, so it's a good experience when I come in to eat. The delivery is great as well. They usually show up earlier than the estimated time, and the delivery fee isn't expensive like many local places that deliver.

Great 1st experience. I have been a lil put off of this place due to the reviews but since I work next door I finally gave in and tried it. Glad I did! The lady at the counter was very nice and welcoming. Seated us rt away. Our waiter was very polite and answered all our questions with a smile. Food came out fresh, hot and at a decent amount of time. Everything we ordered was delicious. Didn't have to ask for refills and never felt rushed to pay and leave. Def will be back.

I just drove several miles specifically to order at Kowloon's Hot and Sour Soup and Mu Shu Pork...The Soup is THE Best and Mu Shu can't be beat. plenty of food and right prices. Kowloon is the ONLY Chineese restaurant where I will eat. You can always count on good food and great staff.

I had the #10 combo. It is Rice, MarFar Chicken, and Noodles. I've had a few bites of my meal (over half if the meal still there) I cut into a piece of chicken, and there was hair rapped in it. I got 3$ off my meal, got the receipt and my discount wasn't even on there, so i had to remind him of it. Rice is plain, noodles are good, so is chicken if the hair wasnt in it.
