Very disappointed. I have loved The Jail for years, but the little Asia lady that works the counter has ruint it the last 2 times. Last time I was in, she tried charging us for an extra meal we didn't order, and it took us almost 30 minutes to get her to understand we didn't order it. Tonight, she put onions in my Husband's food (that's never had onions in it before), and tried arguing with him about how "onions are better" even when my husband told her he can't eat onions. Then there were handful size chunks of fat in the meat. Even the owner was telling her it was gross, and no one wants to eat pure fat. Ended up getting our money back, and going to Hawaiian Time. They've lost a couple customers until she's gone.

Love the food and get a large quantity at reasonable price. So you feel your getting the most value for your dollar.

Very average food. They do provide suprisingly large portions and the price is not all that bad. I have been to China and this is nothing like real Chinese food. I would say it is over all very average for American Chinese.

Delicious grilled teriyaki chicken, generous portions and friendly staff. The tofu and the shrimp are also great. Dirt cheap. They don't at all mind customizing your order. I always get noodles instead of rice, and extra cabbage on the side. They have three different sauces in bottles on the counter so you can add extra if you want to. Teriyaki, a spicy sauce, and a third one but I don't remember what it is.
