Been eating here for months as a mall employee. 9/10 times you have to wait for something to be cooked, even during slow times. Kitchen staff is never prepared and can sometimes be seen standing around. Only reason they earned a second star is the friendliness of the cashiers. Management of this location should overview the decision making of the kitchen staff on readiness of popular items and not start preparing food only when it has run out.

Wish i could give no stars. Was just there today at 4 pm. They had no orange chicken, no sweet fire chicken and no broccoli beef. Now I dont mind waiting for some food to be cooked but when its done I do expect it to be cooked right. The large orange chicken that I paid $10 for i can barely eat because someone screwed up and made it really spicy. I bought that for my kids and they cant eat it either! So what am I sopost to do? Its total BS I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS ONE AGAIN!

Ordered a bowl and a big plate with broccoli beef as my third side (to go). They told me it would take five minutes to get it out. I left and came back after 5 and they gave me a dirty look like I was being annoying before going on to ignore me. 15 minutes later they finally got my food out, but instead of giving me a separate container for the third entree, they just threw the broccoli beef over the top of everything else. Completely ruined the shrimp. All we got was a half-hearted, non-genuine "This is yours, sorry for the wait." As an apology. Cherry on top was that I had to ask another girl behind the counter for a bag because the other person didn't give me one.

Customer service was OK and fast which is good. The food however is not good. The greasy chicken taste nasty. Maybe like they haven't changed the fryer oil In 4 months. First time coming here and definitely the last. The breaded chicken is barely even covered with sauce. Disgusting after taste from this greasy food. Yuck!!

Workers sweep floors vigorously near food, drop the broom and serve food , also handling $ without washing or wearing gloves., also the guys sweeping the pavilion used a washcloth to clean the bottom of his broom, then washed the table with the same cloth. I could not eat my food after watching all this
