This restaurant is very up and down. I only eat there when the supervisor Caleb works. He has very good customer service and is great at making sandwiches! The GM is mainly the reason I gave a 3 star. I was highly unsatisfied with my visit yet again while the GM was in charge. He has absolutely no customer service ability, he degrades his employees in front of customers, and seems to not care at all whether or not you go there. Like I said before, I only go there when the manager Caleb is there. He is a good manager with wonderful customer service skills and knows his stuff. He should be the GM! Every time I go there when the GM is working, he always is way too pushy, and seems like he tries to do more than he can which makes him look silly by taking orders from way too many customers only to mess everything up! Very unattractive to see a GM act the way he does. It's no wonder they can't keep help around, not only help but customers as well. It's too bad that people that are good can't have a position that holds such responsibility such as GM.

This is the first subway I have been to in Oregon, also the first subway I have ever seen with a drive-thru. One of the best subway experiences I've had. the guy was really friendly and the sandwich was perfect!

Great sandwiches I could smell them all the way down the street before I even got there.

Horrible experience. Apparently the asst mgr cannot deviate from the "rule" & figure out how to convert a free sub to a salad for $1.29 upgrade fee. Other subway stores can accomplish this. Instead he chose to dump my order in the trash including an $8.59 footlong and losing a customer.

Super friendly! The guy that helped us was a true Sandwich Master! He created my sandwich perfectly the way I wanted it and I would happily return to this Subway.
