I am extremely upset with my first, and now to be only experience with silver dragon. I ordered shrimp and pork egg rolls over the phone. When I went to pick up they had forgotten my egg rolls so I had to turn around and head back - only to find out that they never even ordered them. I waited for them to make them so I could be on my way. When I arrived home I discovered they gave me vegetable egg rolls. I called them so they could issue me a refund which they refused unless I returned the egg rolls that I had bitten into!!! I live in Eagle point -I drove 20 minutes to pick up my food- there was no way I was going to drive 20 minutes back to return it for my $6.50 for THEIR MISTAKE. I will not be returning. Check your food! In fact you better bite into egg rolls before you’re home because they will not issue you a refund unless YOU return it. What a joke.

Ordered 35.00 worth of food and got 4 pieces of BBQ pork for 3 people, called and asked about that and they said if I wanted to drive back they will give me 2 more pieces, I asked 6 pieces for $35.00? Rip off, will never go back, thieves.

Good service. Food presentation okay. Prices are reasonable and servings are generous.

The food is junk food. I'm from out of town, perhaps standards are different, though I doubt it. I would not order here again. Do not get the lo mein, egg rolls are VERY greasy, potstickers are done different than dumplings (guess that was my bad), and the singapore dishes are more sweet than spicy.

I know someone who went there and there was a BANDAGE on the food how gross. They need to put some gloves on at least especially if they have a cut on a finger or something. I went there too and the noodles taste like water mixed w mayonnaise or sum thing. Also they took forever to make the food and messed up a bit.
