Will get orders wrong, be sure to check your pizza before you leave. The staff is very good, but I can tell the owner is very stingy and runs the place as cheap as possible. At least they have $2 for gluten free crust.

I'm from Milton Freewater. My local papa murphy's is great, however they do not honor the online special and I had to travel to Walmart anyways so I figured I'd give the college place location a try. I ordered 2 pizzas, extra mozzarella on both, extra parmesan on one. Neither pizza had even the normal amount of cheese on them. I called and was told they'd make me a free pizza and I left it at one and not both. Minutes later as I'm heading out the door I get a call from Eugene the new manager who explains that he is the new manager and he personally made my pizza and put 14.5 ounces of cheese on it. That is nearly 1lb and there was no cheese on my pizza, plus I got extra parmesan as well. If I pay for extra cheese I expect extra. He explained that they have been having a problem with inventory and so he is "cracking down" as new manager. It's funny because I was telling my girlfriend I don''t understand why employees skim on toppings and when he told me he was the new manager and they have been having issues with inventory it all made sense. He's shorting me on toppings to make up for inventory issues, all the while telling me he weighed my toppings precisely and I know that's not true because there was hardly any cheese on my pizza especially for having extra mozzarella and extra parmesan. He told me he'd "take care of me next time" instead of the free pizza I was already offered and I agreed because I'm really not trying to argue over a $12 pizza with a manager who knows he's lying and shorted me to make up for lost inventory. Much easier to just avoid ever purchasing from your establishment, sorry you're trying to save your own ass at my expense but you can have my $12 and I'll take my bussiness elsewhere, problem solved, no reimbursement necessary. Give it a few months and he'll be replaced before trying this location but Papa Murphy's in general is the best.
