Just left this place it all tasted like frost bite! Got my kids the pizza and a burrito, they were disgusting. My kids said they were bad. My husband had the shrimp and rice dish, it was tasteless andmy dish was the lamb dish, It was also tasteless and disgusting. I couldn't take more than a few bites. We got up and left all our food! If you are not Mexican please trust me this is not authentic. Try another restaurant.any other restaurant would be better than this. If you wake up sick after eating here I wouldn't be surprised! Seriously though save your hard earned money to go somewhere better and not overpriced.

I have a lot of dietary restrictions. Mazatlan was very accommodating. They even graciously re-made my meal after I discovered it had something in it I wrongfully assumed wouldn’t be. The staff was very friendly, service was prompt, and the manager on duty seemed like one of the nicest guys ever. A genuine family vibe. Food was satisfactory.

Server was absolutely horrible at his job. Food was decent at best. Slightly overpriced.

Food was cold inside but the waiter was nice. I felt like I was eating a tv dinner.

Have been here 20 times, never great never awful until tonight. WOW my wife ordered carnitas her food came out and it was wrong. So she sent back even though we had already waited 45 minutes. Finally got her carnitas and it was horrible, she complained to the waiter that it was like soggy, waterlogged. The waiter wasn't much help, so he went to get the savior JOSE, that is where things really went downhill. Jose who has waited on us before and my wife actually liked, proceeded to explain/ argue with my wife about how they do or don't prepare their carnitas. By the time he was done my wife said it was so bad she didn't think we should have to pay for it. That is when Jose says if you don't want to pay for your meal then don't, drops our ticket on the table and says don't come back. WHEW first off my wife was only legitimately complaining about her dish, not mine or the 2 margaritas we had. So big man JOSE, escalated a simple complaint into us paying nothing and never coming back. My wife and I both spent time in the restaurant business in our younger years and would never think to treat a customer with a legitimate complaint that way. Oh well bye bye mazatlan and your manager Jose.
