The location is great and they are great with dogs. We've been there a bunch of times and really enjoyed it. This last time we went, there were 2 waiters and 5 active tables and the service was REALLY slow. The worst part: one of us ordered fried chicken. It came RAW in the middle. We sent it back and a few minutes later, the wait staff brought it back with half of the chicken missing (along with most of the gravy) and the original mashed potatoes that just had raw chicken being cut on them. And then they expected us to pay for it and we had to ask for it to be removed from our check.

I frequently fly in from NY for business and social visits. I make it a point to get to Trees every chance I get. The menu is a great blend of comfort food and high end dining options. Anything seafood related is incredible. The atmosphere is always calm, friendly and inviting. I highly recommend all my local associates and friends to visit whenever they can.

First time and it was a great experience. Our server, AJ was great and genuine, not the most on top of things but so friendly that it didn't matter. The food on the happy hour menu was pretty good but way too heavy for my taste but the trees salad is the best salad you'll put in your mouth!

Past experiences were pleasant. The most recent one was not. My wife and I find a booth to be more comfortable than a table. We asked for a booth and the hostess seated us at the booth. The manager walks up to the table and says "That's a big table you got there. Is it just you? I got some big reservations this evening and I really need this table. You are welcome to any of the tables by the windows but we are going to need all of these tables for the reservations." My wife was in the restroom at this time. I told the manager that we would really like to stay where we were and that I would ask my wife what she wanted. I am seated in the booth while this conversation is happening. The manager bends slightly, smacks me on the side of my thigh and says, "Okay, buddy, you talk it over with the wife and let me know, OK?" I was done after that. I told my wife what happened and we left.

We dont go out much, but Tree's was our bright spot! Not the fastest service, but good none the less. We went there for Mother's Day. Yes, I know it's busy, but it was a buffet! How can you ruin a buffet? Well they certainly did! Our reservation was for 12:30. The first to arrive for 'the next round" The next round? I guess they had a seeing at 11:00 where the last table from that seating just left and they were frantically trying to reset the entire restaurant before we could be sat. We were the first. That's were the trouble began. We were the first of 25+ tables to be sat within a half hour. It took us twice to complain to the hostess that we have not seen a waiter and would like a drink order. He finally came and was friendly and quick. He is the only reason we gave one star. The food was not ready till noon, which ensued a mad rush of the entire restaurant for I'm sure we were all pretty hungry! How horribe it was! We were blocking tables from moving away from there tables/booths. The servers could hardly get around us for they had us weaving in front of the kitchen and blocking the bar. To get out of the buffet area you had to move through the host area where there was still a line.... hmmmm, no forethought from owner/management on this Holiday! Hopefully it was their first time doing a buffet (we are newer to area) and this was a learning experience! But for us, we are going to steer clear for awhile.
