The food was horrible. This was one of the worst restaurant meals we have ever experienced. Our fish taco plate was served on cold flour tacos buried under stale taco chips. No salsa, no garnish or even an effort by the kitchen staff to attractively plate the dish. Our cheese cake dessert was served frozen. The saving grace was our wonderful waitress. The poor quality of the meal was inexcusable. Even a 3-star Holiday Inn should be capable of offering a quality restaurant.

I was in town for the Eugene Marathon, and I thought I'd go to an "Italian Restaurant" to carb up before my race the following day. Horrible decision. I'd post the picture of my disgusting food, but it doesn't let me. 1 hour wait for my tiny dish, and no bread with my pasta dish cause they were "out", even though their menu clearly says their pasta dishes come with bread and salad (I had to ask for them to bring the salad, because they forgot to bring it with my entree). They didn't even refill my water, as the staff was too busy either on their phones or complaining about management. Whether you're in town for the marathon, business, or ANYTHING, avoid this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
