We had about a 10 minute wait time at peak lunch hour and our server was friendly and attentive by checking on our drinks and fries. Location was easy to access, right next to the I-5 And outlet mall but in a separate parking lot. Women’s restroom only had two stalls for the size of the restaurant and popular location, with a lower children’s sink which was cute. Our food arrive fairly quickly and was delicious! Drinks like the raspberry lemonade are refillable.

Had a good meal. Service was better and faster than previous visits. My only negative this visit was the place overall felt dirty. Especially the men's room. They don't monitor that area very well. Overall tho, I would them 4 out of 5 stars for this visit.

The burgers were good but the endless fries advertisement is a lie. To begin with, my order only came with a couple of fries and when I finished it and asked for more with my family, we waited almost 30 minutes for it and it still never came. When the server who I asked for a refill on fries came over, she asked if I ever got my fries. I said no..... She said oh ok, well let me get it for you to go. Waited another 10 minutes and still nothing..... By this point I am just tired of it all, paid and left. I would understand if they were busy but when the crowed dies down and you are waiting and then other people come in sit, order and get there food before you even get your refill of fries its a big disappointment. When you pay over $12 for a burger you expect the place to be good. 2 stars only because the burger was tasty.

If you leave this place hungry it's your own fault. We came with the relatively good size group and we're seated with the group immediately. The server took the drink orders very soon after we sat down. Even though our group was spread out over the room she still put our check together. They brought out fries before they brought out the main dish which was very cool. I enjoyed my big Tavern hamburger but I wouldn't say it was the best I've ever had, no complaints just not a stand out. They had a pretty decent tap collection but it lacked any dark beers.

If we could give a half star we would. There were 4 of us who stopped in for a late dinner it was a little after 8 pm and they restaurant was busy and we were put on a wait list which is totally fine... we really didn’t wait long at all for a table. Once we got to the table we were given menus and told our server would be over to get our drink order. Almost 10 min later our server showed up and asked if we were ready to get food, we told her yes we were ready to order and that we would also like drinks. She took our full order then 5 min later brought out 2 of the 4 drinks.... it took 12 min from when I ordered to get water. After we finally got all 4 drinks our food was up. Our waitress had no idea who ordered what or what food she brought out... she asked us to check and see if the burger was cheese or not while she held it... we asked for my fries since our portions of fries were so small. We received a basket almost immediately with 6 fries in it. This was the last time we saw our waitress. We finally had to flag down the bus boy who was amazing and got us refills and more fries. Our waitress finally came over at 945 and handed us the check and said “I can split it if you need me too” we told her no we were fine and just wanted to pay. She took our card and check and vanished for 10more min. Finally she came back and handed us the reciept and card and said “bye hope your dinner was ok” All in all our waitress ruined this for us. She didn’t seem to know how to do her job or she just didn’t care.
