My husband and I went here for the first time since the remodel was complete, stood in a line about 6 people long, to one of the employees telling a customer in the back he would not get her food ahead of all of us in line. When she said it was only one sandwich he proceeded to tell the guys in the back what her order was. Disrespectful. Also, all of the front workers were complaining about how it was gonna be a great night (sarcastically). Just disappointing all the way around. We just walked out. We never had any problems before the remodel. We went there frequently. Get it together, Wendy’s.

I promise you they'll never get my service again you remodel the whole place but have shity workers taking your order and making the food I waited six minutes just to order token she's standing there putting sauces away having conversation with a girl making fries then can't remember that you didn't give me my drink or sauces or Frosty... Dave is turning in his grave on how bad you are making Wendy's I can already tell they're going to be the lifers at Wendy's pathetic

Better than before, but the burger meat is still a bit old. They've finally got free refills and lots of drink choices.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Service was rude and unprofessional and ghetto. Drinks were flat Burgers were dry and covered in grease. Nuggets were cold. Fries were cold and way oversalted. Dining area kitchen and bathrooms were dirty. And the ketchup was dried up and crusty in the dispenser. Asked for packets got more ghetto attitude. Never going there again. Ill spend my money elsewhere. Oh and one of the machines were beeping for a 15 minutes and nobody did anything about it.
