Delicious and clever! We had a great server. We enjoyed building our own burgers. The dessert was awesome! And Red Ribbon sodas to wash it all down was just what we wanted to see! Also, the location was very handy in relation to the stadiums and hotel.

I went here in early April when I had to attend some training in Pittsburgh. It was a unique restaurant atmosphere with burgers being their specialty. They had burgers/sandwiches made from a variety of meats. You had a choice of their unique standard favorites and you could make up your own burger. I chose to be adventurous and make up my own with pineapple! It was so good that I ate it all up! I would definitely recommend this place.

We arrived at Burgatory when there was a 30 minute wait. The wait wasn't bad, as they offered places to sit. And if you feel like seeing the river view, they text you when your table is ready. Some of the hosts desk staff was a little less than professional, but they were all courteous toward us. The service was excellent! The food was great. My burger was delectable - it should be illegal it was so good! We had a milk shake as well that was notable. Delicious all around. The beer selection was not huge but they had some good, varied selections. I will definitely be going there again.

I love getting burgers and shakes here. Build your own is worth it. Just make sure you know your meats. The elk burger is delicious but if you aren't used to eating venison or other gamey meats it can be a bit much on your stomach. Still taste amazing, like steak. The amaretto shake is awesome. The bourbon shake definitely has a bourbon taste and warmth. It's worth it

Our waitress was great, but the hostess could have been friendlier. I also expected the food to be much more impressive based on what my friends have told me. It was good, but not mind-blowing. The shakes were also a bit on the heavy side, so we couldn't finish them.
