Wonderful cafe. The original and beautiful condition of the room, 1800's style, is very appealing. The food is , simply put, excellent, creative and delicious. Service has always been friendly and efficient. Prices are surprisingly low, an outstanding value. My go to breakfast spot even though it's 35 minutes from my home.

My family and I have eaten at the Little Corner Cafe on numerous occasions and have been impressed each time. The food is creative and delicious. The owners are very personable and do their best to make sure that you have a lovely dining experience. Liz does a wonderful job of not only making you feel welcome, but she also gives great suggestions on what to order. She makes the dining experience fun and enjoyable. Dinner reservations are necessary since the restaurant is very small with seating for about 35. We have, on occasion, walked in without a reservation and were seated. That only happened once, and it was exactly when they opened. They do not have a liquor license, so it is BYOB. We really like BYOB restaurants because we can bring wine from our collection. Fortunately, previous owners of the property did not destroy the original decorations in the house such as the Starbuck tile around the fireplace, the decorated cloth ceiling, and the Art Deco sconces. Throughout the year, the owners have a special dinner with wine pairing. The cost has been around $35 for a four course meal with wine samples from Blue Ridge Estate Winery. Do not wait to make your reservations for these special dinners because reservations fill up quickly. There is a $10 deposit to hold your spot. The dinner starts at 5:30 p.m. and usually ends around 7:30 p.m. If you end up in Bangor on the weekend, try to eat at the Little Corner Cafe. You won't be disappointed! This restaurant is exactly what was needed in Bangor!

We ( 5 of us gal-pals) had a MOST wonderful experience today at this charming little neighborhood gem!! The food was well-prepared, DE-LISH, and fresh!!! The menu offered varied choices. Our waitress, who is also the owner, was attentive, charming, and informative. That all adds up to a BIG win for me!! Apparently we all agree as we can't wait to go back!! P.S........Desserts, on top of everything else, were fabulous!!
