We wanted to try this place for many years. We thought after Christmas would be a great time. Our server did a good job, however that’s about all that went well. They do not give you bread at all without begging and when they did it was rock hard. The lobster ravioli had no flavor and the topping was hard to chew. The chicken and lamb were good for two of our guests, but overall it is NOT worth the prices. They need an overhaul.

Worst overall dining experience in months. Server took 15 minutes to bring first glass of wine, and $44 NY Strip steak was overcooked and barely warm. Server agreed, however brought same steak back 15 minutes later after having blasted it in microwave...truly unforgivable. Server complained all night about having let a table of 8 walk out without paying, and he never brought our coffees until we were completely finished with desert. Spend your dining dollars elsewhere, this place does not deserve to be in business.

It is a beautiful dining room. The ambiance is lovely. We were seated and finally given menus about ten minutes later. Appetizers came in a timely manner. Two people ate the jumbo shrimp and really enjoyed them. I ordered soup. It arrived at the same time as the shrimp but I wasn't given a spoon. The waiter told me he'd get me a spoon and then proceeded to take the order from the table behind ours. My husband interrupted him, saying my wife has no spoon to eat her soup and the waiter said that he knew and he'd get it for me after he took the order. Dinner took an incredibly l-o-n-g time to arrive. My father was served halibut with a few sprigs of herbs. My roasted chicken was delicious. After dinner coffee was poured and was cold. My parents told the waiter the coffee was cold and he took their cups and said I'll be back. Everyone's desserts arrived at the same time except for mine. Everyone finished their desserts before mine finally arrived. It was dropped in front of me before I could say I had no fork! So, once again I sat with food in front of me with no utensil in which to eat it. Finally a fork arrived! I had chocolate ganache cake which didn't resemble a cake but looked like two KitKat bars. It was cold and hard to cut with my fork. At no time did the waiter apologize for any of these major mistakes except for the long wait for our food. Not having utensils to eat the food sitting in front of you in a beautiful restaurant like this where the prices are steep is unconscionable. I will never go there again! It was extremely disappointing.

The food was good and the atmosphere was nice but the service was very poor. My date and I were seated without menus and then proceeded to sit there for another half an hour without service. Our food did not arrive until an hour and fifteen minutes after we sat down and the appetizer we ordered showed up after our main course.

Very over priced. Food is at best from 1-10 a 3. Maybe good for tourists. Would not recommend. Stay away.
