We arrived there on a Sunday around 12:15 I would say. We walked and told the hostess there were 3. She then asked table or booth and we said we didn't care. She was super nice. We were then taken to our booth and sat down. We began to look at the menu deciding what we wanted... Fast forward 10 minutes, we're sitting there, no server has come over to greet us and about 4 servers and 2 hostesses walk by just staring at us, not even caring we're sitting there. Within this 10 minutes there are 2 parties that come in after us. One is a party of 2 who gets sat and their servers comes over right away & the other is a party of about 15 who don't even have the chance to sit down before their server comes over and greets them. We walked angry after this. The hostesses on the way out didn't even acknowledge us and my mother said to the hostesses "we're leaving we never got a server" and the hostesses didn't say a word to us. Needless to say we went across the street to another restaurant and had an EXCELLENT meal. We will NEVER come back here.

The food was very good. The all you can eat fries were delicious. The freckled lemonades are really good! The service was fast and the staff were very pleasant. The costs are reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant.

First time trying a burger there. It was very good. The place looked packed but we got seated and served very fast. Will be going back.

The service was excellent but the restaurant was dirty. I was definitely not expecting that! Even on my way with the server to my table which means she saw the same thing! The burger was ok. The potato chips were good. The French fries couldn’t finish them because not yummy but at least they weren’t too salty like in many other places. Would not recommend

This was a horrible experience. It took 10 minutes for The waiter to come to the table before he took our order. Then he proceeded to walk past us at least 6 times before I motion to him that we are leaving. I am not even from this area and I have been to Red Robins before however this one was the worst . And no they were not busy nor did he have lots of tables. He spent his time talking instead of helping his customers.
