I had dinner with friends last week at the Orchards. I would have given it 5 stars but as mentioned before in reviews the tables are are beautiful but have very rough edges and I snagged a brand new shirt. Our server Matthew was very attentive and visited often. Their crab dip is one of the best I've ever tasted, gyro was excellent and salmon salad was great as well according to my friend. I love that they do the little added touches, a sampling before the meal and then hot towels and sorbet to cleanse your palate and to finish it off chocolates to end a great meal.

The food was good. For the Mother's day buffet, they packed too many people into the space! We had a reservation for 10, and they put us at a table that was obviously the right size for 8. Even then it was nearly impossible to walk through the room to the buffet because the tables were so close together.

Good food often with a Greek influence. The service was very good and the atmosphere is quite nice. It was a Friday and there was entertainment in the lounge - nice touch.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve had a restaurant in recent memory. The server was great but the food, manager and surprisingly the cooks were completely unprofessional. For a party of 13 (7 adults, 6 children) we waited over 2 hours to get our food. Then when the food came out it was subpar, to put it mildly. The manager was unwilling to rectify the situation and only offered 15% off of the food. When I went to speak to the manager, the cook actually confronted me with profanity and threantend to call the police. I’ve never had such an experience at any restaurant quite like this. To have a cook come out and confront a patron with a profanity laced tirade is unheard of. In addition, it was mentioned that the restaurant had “connections” with the police. What kind of craziness is happening in Chambersburg? Needless to say, I will never visit this establishment again and will make sure that this story is known.
