It was very clean. The waitress was very patient and she handled the orders as requested. The kitchen staff cooked the meals perfectly, the temperature of the food upon arriving at the table was very good. Also, as a parent I appreciate when the kids dishes are served at a temperature where they can enjoy it immediately, and I was not disappointed. The Kraft macaroni & cheese was perfect along with their side choices. It was a quiet late-morning and it didn’t get too crowded so everyone seemed to be busy or attending to customers. You can tell the manager is on top of things. It was actually nice and friendly to eat at this location.

It's your standard Friendly's experience. The food is decent, and the menu has quite a few choices. As always there are plenty of ice cream choices. The wait staff was competent, but not overly friendly. The building could use a good cleaning and updating. They did recently add online ordering for pickup, which is nice. Overall, it's a decent choice for a budget friendly quick bite to eat with the kids.

Ate here in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. From the exterior, it doesn't even look like the place is still open. Once we went in, the place was completely dead. Which one would think that was a good thing, but several tables had trash and plates leftover that still hadn't been cleaned off. The waiter cleaned a table off for us to sit at, since there are only 3 tables in the restaurant, the rest are booths. Even so, they left the cleaning materials and dirty dishes next to our table, not more than a foot away. Surprisingly, the food was on par with any other Friendly's. I think this chain can still serve good affordable food in a family atmosphere, but this particular location is in dire need of updating and general cleaning.

Awful experience. We arrived at 8pm on Thursday night. It took forever for someone to even greet us and even longer to be seated, even though the restaurant was EMPTY! The problems got worse when we were seated. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to come and take our drink order. Then it took another 8 minutes for them to bring out 3 WATERS. When she brought them out she said, "Oh I'm sorry, so and so (another name) will be taking care of you tonight because my shift is ending. So we sat there and waited another 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Finally the same lady who told us someone else was taking care of us came back and asked if we were only ordering ice cream and if we were, she could take our order. At this point, we didn't want to wait any longer, so we just ordered ice cream. Cue 15 minutes later, and 3 sundaes still had not appeared. The lady finally came back and asked us again to repeat our order so she could make sure she had it right. We did and then our sundaes (which were straight off the menu and nothing special requiring extra time) finally came. The ice cream was decent, but the whole place had a weird smell and the overall experience ensured that we will NEVER be back.

Fantastic experience! We came in as a group, however we arrived at different within a three hour period. The restaurant was very accomadating. The food was really good. Salads, chicken sandwiches, french fries and ice cream were ordered. The restaurant, including bathrooms were clean.
