Love the spot. Black and blue is now one of my favorite locations in Easton. Do you need atmosphere with trendy music and great food really will have you coming back.

The food does not disappoint, although the service unfortunately does. Party of 8 ppl...took over 2 hours to get our meals, and that was after we had to ask (twice) if there was a holdup in the kitchen. After the long wait, the presentation was rushed and the food was plated less than satisfactory. Drink orders were not necessarily prompt (at one time waiting 30 minutes for 1 beer). Appetizers were a bit more timely, but still seemed longer than anticipated, considering the amount of guests at the time. Had 3 additional friends join us, and the bartender did what he could to rectify the situation, however a reservation at 7:30 should not receive their main courses at 10:20 (at which time we were the ONLY patrons in the dining area). If rating solely on the food, would have been a minimum of 4.5 stars.

This place makes a phenomenal Black and Blue burger. Thick, juicy, fresh backed roll. Don't waste your time at a fast food restaurant. Go here for the real deal.

We walked in with a reservation and even though it was crowded there were no staff in the dining area. We waited a while then walked in the back to tell staff we were waiting to be seated. They eventually sat us then ignored us for 30 minutes. I got up to get menus. No one greeted us. No one brought water or checked in. Staff walked by and purposely avoided eye contact. We approached them twice over the 30 minute period to tell them we were waiting but still no one came by. We looked around at other people who were also waiting quietly. On occasion staff peered out curiously from the back room where they were all gathered as if they were just as confused as we were that anyone stayed. It made me wonder what staff were doing back there such that they had no time to provide any service. After 30 minutes at the table with nary a glance from staff we left. I have no idea how this place has any business. Clearly they have no respect for their customer base or an understanding that they actually have to provide service to stay in business.

Mussels were delicious and cocktails are great. Been here a few times and it never disappoints. The decor is a bizarre mix of oddities that work!
