Very nice atmosphere. Our server was kind and attentive. The food was wonderful! Perhaps a bit overpriced for the portion size but nonetheless excellent. Flavorful and perfectly cooked. Note, if you’re sitting by the windows inside, it can get a little stuffy.

Nice and chill bar to hang out at. They also have a more formal area, if that's your thing. They have some decent local beer. The food is always good, and they have a decent selection. All the bartenders are great.

This place is very cool because of its history. I mean, Abe Lincoln himself spoke there! The service is friendly but pretty slow. In addition, the food left a lot to be desired. However, the beer selection was nice and it was fun playing with the jukebox. I'd still probably go back!

We had my brother's rehearsal dinner upstairs in one of two private rooms. It was a very cold Friday night that surprised us with 3-5 inches of snow, sleet and ice. All 50 guest were traveling at least 20 minutes from all directions. Needless to say, almost everyone was late or very late. Despite Mother Nature's extreme interference, there was plenty of parking on site or just across the street. The room was cozy and welcoming. The food was hot and the drinks were cold. Both were fantastic and delicious. Everything was exactly how we imagined it would be. As people arrived, harried and frustrated from their very long and dangerous drives, they were immediately at ease and comfortable in this most beautiful setting. We really had a wonderful time.

The food is consistently excellent. Try the veal with goat cheese risotto, or the best burger in town. Always a nice tap selection with local micros. Service is friendly and fast.
