The food here is great! Burgers are amazing and they have a decent selection of beer. You can create your own burger exactly how you want it. Prices are reasonable for what you get. If you order a burger you get their take on chips with it. If you want fries it extra. I'd like to see the be included in the future. Staff was great! I have a friend who frequently stops here as well and has nothing but great things to say about the food and staff! Worth your while!

Their food is exceptional, but the wait is often less so. The atmosphere can be too loud to those sensitive to that sort of thing, but I have never found it to be an issue. The staff is friendly; I have never been faced by a rude employee. You can call in an order for pick-up if you would like to eat elsewhere. Their shakes are excellent. I would give 5 stars, but the wait is usually quite long, so if you are an impatient person, I wouldn't recommend this place. However, if you are well enough disciplined, I would absolutely recommend it.

This place was recommended to me, so I figured I'd try it. Brought my Mom and got the crab cake burger. My Mom got the chicken burger. Truthfully the crab cake was the better of the 2, but neither impressed. The side are lukewarm to cool seasoned potato chips. For these prices would it be too much to ask for fries? I left definitely having a new appreciation for 5 Guys, and even a good Wendys burger. The salted pretzel shake was great....but damn a $9 shake!

Very friendly service and tasty food! The Impossible Burger was great, and I like how I got to customize it. Definitely will go again.

Burgatory has lots of awesome burger combinations, as well as a wide variety of toppings to build your own, in addition to unique and delicious alcoholic and non alcoholic milkshakes. They have the Impossible Burger, which caters to vegans, but it only comes preconfigured and can it be used in build your own. Their veggie burger for build your own is also vegan, but other than that they aren't totally clear on what else is vegan. Their brioche bun is made with butter, and their "greens" which you can get instead of fries as a side come with cheese which isn't clear. Great place, but would appreciate if they would clarify a few things on the menu.
