Big sign. Small one-way road. Smoke shack-behind-a-parking-lot-and-baseball-fields-damn good BBQ! These are the pitmaster places you read about that you wish you had in your hometown. 3 Hogs ain't pretentious, fake, or on a "mission." This is high quality pork and you do what you want with it. They have lots of homemade sauces, but honestly, their pulled pork and ribs are so tender, smokey, and amazing, you don't even need them! Try the sweet potato fries, they're waffle cut! This is a small operation so it takes a while for them to plate your food if you dine in (or around the shack). Call ahead for faster service if you're short on time. Speaking of time, they're open late for us who live just below Mason-Dixon and want to grab some excellent food! it's barbecue done right. Pure and simple.

This place is stupid delicious. Every now and again you find places that have truly good food and this joint is one of those places. I got the Memphis Whisky Burger and it was arguably the best burger I have ever had. My wife got the Big Sexy and it was arguably better than my burger. Her side was the waffle cut fries.... Amazing. Mine was the smoky potato salad..... Hands down the best potato salad I have ever had. If you like good food go here and stuff your face work pure masticating and gastrointestinal joy.

These guys have got it going on. I am by far not a BBQ connoisseur, but I am picky about and can't stand dried out, reheated, overdone meat. I've never had to worry about getting second grade food at this place. I am so happy that they've made a go of it, and wish them the best. The wife and I will definitely drive the hour to enjoy their food.

This place used to be incredible and my favorite place to eat. Unfortunately, the food quality has suffered over the course of the last year or so. Ribs went from lean fall off the bone to tough and fatty. Brisket was tender but is also tough. It's almost like eating leftovers. They have really good sides. Their cornbread balls are delectable deep fried cornbread dusted in sugar. Mac and cheese is some of the better Mac and cheese you will have at a restaurant. So far, their breakfast food has maintained its quality.

Excellent BBQ! Multiple homemade sauces available. Only downside is it can sometimes take a LONG time to be served after ordering (sometimes 40 minutes if it's busy), so I recommend calling ahead or using their handy online ordering.
