- Long-standing staple of the area that has been around for years. - Took far too long to be seated. Then service was very slow as well. - Were not given napkins or silverware on the table when we were seated. Server didn't bring around any water for refills and didn't offer until I had to ask. Nice lady but service has been poor a long time and doesn't seem to be improving. - Glad they added to their menu how many calories each dish is. - Glad I could get grilled chicken instead of fried. Most items are a billion calories.

They were open for Easter Sunday. The staff was absolutely fantastic. We had 3 generations of our family together and they were so patient. The facility was clean and served great food. I will be going back to this location again.

Friendly's is a unique restaurant. Generally in what many classify as the Denny's style Restaurant, most of this chain (limited in area) serves decent breakfast, and a lunch/dinner menu. They also have excellent ice cream treats. A big favorite was their milk shakes. We ate there twice and both times, milkshakes were on everybody's order. Multiple flavors (more than 30 flavors). It's a great little place to stop. They make a whole host of ice cream treats. Sunday's, milk shakes and various treats. It's a nice place to stop.

We ate there recently. A note to Friendly's, you should disclose on your menu when an item contains meat, i.e. your Pizza Bites. That way when a vegetarian orders them they won't be offended like ours was. Overall the food was substandard quality for the price. It did come out quickly at the right temperature. The service was good.

845 on a Saturday night and the crew is closing 1/2 the areas down. Was not really busy, but this is usual of Hershey location. The management is totally clueless and the staff works at a snails pace. Either train your stores properly or shut the place down. Ever since the one manager Carl was here it has totally went down hill. This will be the last time I frequent a Friendly's!!!!!
