I enjoyed my experience at this place. I'm not very partial to new places because of my many food allergies (dairy, raw egg yolks (mayo, most sauces and salad dressings, and avocado; and I don't eat beef or pork, which limits the take out choices I have). My lovely server was very nice about checking the bottles of several dressings for me and the bread (some have milk) to ensure I didn't eat anything that made me sick. I truly appreciated it. And my food was good! 😊

The food was delicious. Priced great. Got a dinner that came with both soup and salad bar. Was so stuff from soup/salad that had to take the rest of the food home! It was all so good and everyone from staff to the other diners there were polite and friendly!

this place has come along way I must say.. all good things to say.. staff is attentive and the food was pretty good. friendly place to visit and fast service. and the owner is continuing to sink money into the place and it shows.

One of my favorite places to go when I visit Philadelphia. Michaels is a family owned restaurant and it is open 24 hours a day. So weather you want a late night snack or looking for a place to have a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner this is the place to be. Highly recommended with courteous and kind staff.

Mixed reactions on food, but some negative reviews from the family- Chicken and rice soup had hair in it, and was taken off bill. Stuffing came out very wet and tasted very bland. Chicken Parmesan meal was not edible. Chicken came out very hard and spaghetti sauce was very watery. The waitress did allow me to change my order but still charged extra for salad bar. Ordered a burger to replace Chicken Parmesan, and it also came with hair. Overall service and helpfulness after telling them about food was good, but sadly doesn’t change food experience.
