I ordered a Hummus Veggie bowl thinking it was going to be hummus and veggies including onions and tomatoes in a bowl like how they do in Chipotle or Qdoba. I customized the bowl and asked for no dairy, no lettuce, no beans and when I opened the bowl, it was all lettuce and I was given a tiny mini side of hummus and guacamole. So I threw the bowl full of literally only lettuce and decided to never visit this place again. 😷

Horrible customer service!! Placed a large order when we picked it up we asked to double check everything was in the bag. Unfortunately we only three sandwiches were in the bag and all of our sides and desserts where missing. As we were back in a meeting we were unable to leave and pick up the missing food. How sad that no one who works for Tropical Smoothie owns a car or is capable of walking 3/4 of a mile to deliver the missing items. They will mail us a coupon for a free smoothie in the future. Customer service doesn't get much worse.......
