Had an outstanding meal there yesterday. Service was very friendly and helpful. Everything we had was wonderful. Even though there were a few things on the menu that I wasn't quite sure I knew what they were, the vibe from the staff removed any air of intimidation or pretentiousness, and the food itself was very accessible and just plain delicious. There aren't a ton of entree choices, so choose your company accordingly. And although portions aren't huge, everything we tried had a heartiness to it that we were plenty satisfied. And I can't get over how good the maple custard dessert was! A cozy BYOB, great service, making amazing food-- I totally recommend!

Food was excellent, I started with the mussels which were extremely tender and in a very flavorful juice. Main course was the duck cooked medium rare just as I like it and served on top of a delicious side. Did not have deserts but the other folks at the table did and they looked very good. I would give five stars except a $6 corkage fee is just unnecessary

10/10, definitely highly recommend. Housemade bread and butter for start is awesome. I had the steak ($35), girlfriend had the duck ($30), absolutely amazing. Only thing I could say negative was there was a little fat on both pieces of meat. Dessert was basque cake ($8), also amazing. Overall, I do not feel as though I over paid. The staff was great, the restaurant is beautiful, and the food is delicious. Definitely worth trying out.

Well, my meal was excellent...(beautifully seared barramundi)... My husband ordered the 72 hour braised short ribs and honestly, it was terrible. The texture was extremely chewy and tough - similar to undercooked chicken/cartilage. We said something to the waiter who had been very attentive and friendly and after talking with the chef, said theyd been having trouble with it all week (I'd seen a bad review but thought it was a fluke). The low stars was solely based on the fact that they were knowingly serving something they knew was a problem -and it was he highest priced item on the menu. Great atmosphere, (mostly) great food, but I felt like they were just trying unload a bad product so they weren't stuck with the cost. Bummer! I would have loved to go back!

Best meal we’ve enjoyed in Lancaster to date. The steak was delectable, the duck AMAZING. Super fun sides and desserts. I can’t recommend it enough. A little pricy but worth the $. BYO is nice to save some $ on a bottle of wine. Well done!
