NEVER eat here. My family and I have been customers for many years, and the one time I call to report that the pizza I ordered, which took over an hour was cold, the employee answering phones rudely told me she will not do anything, not even offer an apology. Not only was the situation handled very unprofessionally, but the employee was a distasteful representation of a so called family establishment. I am a huge supporter of family owned businesses in Lansdale, however I will no longer suggest such an establishment that can treat valued customers in such an ill appreciation. I will be sure to notify all my friends and family of what transpired-- it's very disappointing. Rays Pizza does not even deserve my one star.

I really liked Rays but probably won't be back because the girl taking orders was extremely rude and also I don't know what it is but the last two times Ive gotten a cheesesteak it does a number on my stomach and not just me my fiancé as well! maybe high fat content? i don't know but i give up on rays

Food is great. The Chicken Parm platter is enough for 2 servings. the girls that answer the phone have nasty attitudes and sometimes I'll just hang up and order some where else.

Ray's has the best pizza and cheese steaks in Lansdale. Hands down.
