Last time I came in my brother ordered the seafood over pasta. It came out completely raw. The seafood wasn't fresh, it was obviously frozen by the temperature. We sent it back and once again it still wasn't cooked. Probably tried to quickly microwave it and that didn't even do the trick. Wasted time and money. The wait staff, if there is any, is usually slow and mediocre to say the least. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Francescos.

Called in an order early in the day. Went to pick up and initially they told me that I didn't make an order and when they checked they told me they threw out the slip and my order was never made. Then proceeded to make me wait for them to make it and without an apology or discount for their incompetence made me pay full price. They expected me to thank them for getting my order together quickly after not making it when I called. Abismal. You lost my service.
