Cashier at drive through was very rude. I waited several minutes at the pay window until she took my money. Her exact words were " what did you order?". I told her, she gave me the price, took my money, handed me my change without a word & closed the window. When we got our order, the sandwich only had the top bun. No bottom bun was present. The manager was decent when I called, but his employees need retrained on customer service.

I can agree with checking your food before leaving, although some employees may find it offensive- there are more than one person working on an order to make it fast food, and it's just easier to be sure. When they get slammed I'm sure it's easy for them to fall behind but only once I had to wait long and they explained, apologized and even gave me a free burger coupon, they were very kind. But more than a couple times myself and friends have gotten expired food and it's more when it comes to the nuggets or fries. Also a lot of crew changes, I'm sure, but over all pretty good for a quick thing to grab. Also!! Bacon breakfast sandwiches, I recommend saying American bacon, my friend and I always get ham!

Two employees that work at night can never get a simple request right. Ask for extra ice and there is a few cubes and my drink is warm. Ask for a hot fudge sundae and the idiot puts the syrup from the hot chocolate on it. Twice thats happened. Skylar is the best he gets my order perfect and he's nice and very fast. There is a few others if I ask for more ice they gladly do it. I get my order before work and like my tea/ice water all night. Guess my order is too much for a few of them to get right.

I actually work there and it is improving daily, however it took me walking out several times and reporting filth and laziness to get it moving! Looks like it is improving but we will see how long.
