This place may need a face lift on exterior building renovation, but it was easy to look past after we experienced the AMAZING food and wait staff. They were so welcoming and entertaining. It was one of the most fun hibachi experiences we've had. Everyone was very helpful, the service was superb. We even asked to take home some duck sauce to keep on hand and they don't normally do that but we're very open and helpful.

Decent food. Good service. Hadn't been there in awhile. Remember it being better. If it wasn't so expensive I'd eat there a lot. Best to go for lunch.

Another awesome meal with exceptional service. Nanda cooked for us (he’s on our list of favorites), kept us laughing at his jokes, kept us smiling at the delicious taste of the food. We all had the Imperial, which is our ‘go-to’ meal since it never disappoints. EVERYTHING was cooked perfectly. Annie, our server (also on our list of favorites), was as great as usual. This Shogun is our favorite place in Monroeville.

From the outside this place looks a bit run down but inside is an entirely different story. It’s very nice visually, has a pond inside and the seating is very comfortable. The food was excellent and the lunch special was a good value The also have non-alcoholic cocktails for the kids or for adults like me who do not drink

Love the food. I've been to four different Japanese steakhouses and this is definitely my favorite. Amazing food and the chefs are talented and personable.
