I ordered via the McDonald's app. And made payment. Went thru drive thru to pickup food. Their system synced with my phone while waiting in line and my food was made fresh and ready when I go to the window. Great service

I have lived in this area for 8 years and have visited this establishment maybe 10 times. Today was the last chance for this store. The employees are ALWAYS rude, the have extremely slow service and if they get something wrong and you try to articulate what is in need, they just stare at you. I asked the woman taking the money if the cookies are served warm. Her response was,” I don’t know, they are still in the oven”. I came up to get my food and they forgot drinks. I had to pull in and go inside. The boy at the register asked for 1 of my drinks not both, in a matter of 2 minutes they gave away my drink. I had to tell him twice that I still needed my shake. I asked him for straws and he replied, “go over there and get em (as he pointed). I then asked for extra sauce and he rang me up and charged me $2.00. I told him forget it and just walked out. No apologies, no care. All he did was ask for a manager’s code.

There is nothing fast about this McDonald's. The fries are either very fresh...without salt, and a long wait or old. My son never gets the toy that is supposed to be given and today he was given the girl toy. I've gone twice and they have been out of tenders, the first time after I already paid and was waiting for my order I was told and asked what else I wanted off the top of my head.

McDonald's is McDonald's are all fast food with processed food that makes you fat along with everything else even though they tell you the calories I'm sure there's something hidden there that's why all of our young generation is getting fat off of these fast food places I'd recommend eat a home cook meal at home before you go out and by the way the soda is diluted with carbonated water so you're probably only getting about 20% of your soda out of a full Cup and the rest is all carbonated water for coloring

Wish They could get it Right.... stopped there several times after work for some fries & always seem to be warm or down right cold. Even returned & asked for fresh fried ones & acted only to happy to accommodate, waited a Good 5 minutes & 2nd time was even colder. Maybe I am crazy but if they come out of the fryer "fresh" Should they not be hot to touch? Years ago McDonald's us to pride themselves on Best Fries Around. Guess not anymore.
