I had a horrible experience today (4/16/18) at Subway. I arrived to the 1515 Market Street (Suburban Station) location in Philadelphia 2 hours before the posted closing time of 7:00pm. I walked into the restaurant and there was no one around. After yelling Hello several times a women came out from the back. She stated that she shut down everything and put all the food away. She further explained that she needed to close early so that she can catch her train. I stated that it's only 5:03pm and that I always come at this time to get a sandwich for dinner. She walked to the back and at 5:36pm she shut off all the lights and locked the doors. I immediately called Subway Corporate Office while waiting out front and I witnessed several other loyal customers tugging on the door as they walked up. They walked away with total disappointment and confusion as I felt the same. I informed them that the employee just locked the doors early because she had to catch her train. The employee showed no sympathy with me not being served and was totally unapologetic. I will now cut down my visits with this particular location due to the lack of consideration and poor customer service. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
