How do you top The Palm! My husband and I moved to Philadelphia a couple years ago and frequent The Palm pretty much weekly. The ambience, staff, and food are top notch. We love the bar area...staff is so friendly and it’s become our new tradition! The Palm is classic!! Cynthia

Everything tasted good, but not special. The wife and I both had the $59 bone in steak and a shrimp appetizer special. We both spent the night and most of the next day in gastric discomfort (if you catch my jist). Update: Calls to the management resulted in them telling us that their legal department would contact us. Weeks later we still have heard nothing. Very disappointed in their handling of this issue.

We were with a group, it was busy so the service was extremely slow. I tried to order an appetizer and was told that what I wanted would be included in something that was ordered for the table so they didn't bring it. Then I ordered grilled asparagus as a side and again I was told that there were already plenty of asparagus sides ordered for the table - so that didn't get filled - who does that??? The food that I did get was very good but I won't return.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Thank you so much to the staff who made our anniversary one to remember.
