Not one of the better Applebee’s where we have eaten. Some of the tableware was not fully clean and the food was a little bland. Not a bad restaurant, but in no hurry to go back.

A co-worker and I stopped in here after seeing a movie and our waiter was horrible. He was in the back section near the car side to go door and he only came to our tables to get us drinks and to take the give and take the bill, our food and drinks weren't even delivered by him! I waited 20 minutes to get a refill on my lemonade and even put my glass at the end of the table but it took my friend stopping the on duty manager to get me another drink. He came back, it looked like water with a pink mix at the bottom of it. The food was good but all I did was sit there watching our waiter glued to the computer screen in the back while the couple next to us had to wait 15-20 minutes to even be able to order drinks. I can say that I definitely did NOT leave a tip for him. Most times I go in to carside to go, they forget my drink and I even stopped ordering my favorite soup ( french onion) due to it not even being made when I get it or it's cold. I ordered sweet potatoes and they gave me the sweet potato fries and when I do sometimes order the fries they're cold before I even get home ( my drive is literally 5 minutes from here)

Stopped in for some food and drinks. Waited ten minutes before the waitress took our drink orders, after watching her walk by our table three or four times. She refused to serve my forty-year-old wife a drink because her ID doesn't have a signature on it. We got up and left, and will never go back. Do yourself a favor and skip this dumpster. Go across the street to Chili's, or, better yet, down the road to Longhorn. Horrible. Update: Made the mistake of going back tonight, because it's the only place nearby which is open late. Once again they gave us a hard time, but the manager tonight (a different guy) was decent enough to come out personally and apologize. Just before getting him though, our waitress literally said "It's not my problem, take it up with the big man." Not her problem. I took note of her name and will be writing to the regional manager. I will never, ever, go to this restaurant again.

Amazing service with a watchful eye making sure everything is great. I'm enjoying my first Guinness as my significant other is enjoying her perfect margarita and half price appetizers. Delicious!
