Went on a night were they had a buy one get one free entree offer so the place was packed so wait time was a bit longer(figured so with the coupon offer anyways). Salad bar was decently stocked with a good selection. Drinks from the bar took a bit long, but food was decent.

The food and staff are generally good. Now I am a little biased since my son works here. However, whoever does the scheduling for this particular restaurant seems to make the place non-family friendly for it's employees and scheduling some to work double shifts, thus allowing no part of a holiday to be spent with the employees family. ALL employees should be afforded time on a holiday to spend with their families unless the employee decides not to do so VOLUNTARILY. They also offer no incentives to the employees who are giving of that time. So, if you and your family decide to visit the Ruby Tuesdays on St. Charles Way in York on a holiday, I would suggest you ask if your server, etc. are being MADE ti work a double shift and did not get to spend time with their family, while serving yours, and tip them well if that is tge case.

My husband and I went tonight for a meal out. One of the Worst Services,Food and Atmosphere we have had here in a long time! Server was "Cass-i-d"...Very Inattentive! Did Not care about her service, Food was Cold, she Never stopped by to check on us. Just was Terrible. Best thing was the Drink...Red Sangria! We will Not be eating here again anytime soon! Told the Hostess on the way out! Reflected in her tip.

This was a good visit to this Ruby Tuesday. We have visited other Ruby Tuesday in the area and we didn't have a good visit. But overall the food was tasty and the salad bar was stocked with plenty of good items. Server was decent and attentive.

Wonderful staff. Accidentally locked my keys in my vehicle and they were very helpful, even offering me complimentary appetizers while I waited for the locksmith.
