Tasty and juicy burgers. Five Guys always make their meat well done, but it is still juicy. The normal fries are OK, but is their Cajun fries which are the best. Also, while you wait for your order, have some peanuts on the side. But if you have a peanuts allergy, this is not the place for you as there is peanut dust everywhere. Five Guys has always been a mixed bag for me, as I have tried their other locations and been unimpressed, but there is something about their State College one which has always been good.

ALWAYS great service and great gluten free options. Our family never gets sick eating here. We appreciate the care and attention they give to our gluten allergy meals. Thank you Five Guys and Ladies.

I eat here on occasion. The burgers are good. The fries are limp and soggy greasy. The one thing that annoys me is the way they pack the bag: the burger goes in first followed by the cup of fries--and then they dump more greasy fries on top if everything! You have to dig through all those greasy fries to retrieve your burger! Most annoying. Otherwise, they'd get 5 stars.

Delicious burgers, cooked and prepared fresh! You can also get your burger wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl if you are gluten-free or low carb. I personally cannot eat any gluten and tonight the cashier and cooks were so accommodating which was much appreciated. The cashier requested my food be kept completely separate upon learning about my allergy, allowed me to see the seasoning container for the cajun fries to determine if I could eat them, and also followed up with the allergen menu for future reference. At many restaurants I'm made to feel like a burden for having an allergy, but the cashier here was really kind and welcoming and I appreciated it so much. To top it off, the food as awesome, as usual. Very positive experience!!

What can I say about this custom crafted burger and hand cut fries place that had not already been stated. Hot, fresh, tasty, and all extras are free of charge. Yes that includes extra lettuce extra tomato and extra bacon and extra cheese. As someone following a ketogenic diet a burger in a bowl on a bed of lettuce with no bun and extra bacon and cheese is perfect. Four stars because it is rather pricey or a burger joint, expect to spend between 8 and $11 pp
