Went there for smoothie with tapioca. Tastes average and the tapioca size is small. Staffs are well behaved. They are expanding the store. Food taste good. Good place to eat with family and friends. Right on the happening Forbes. Their lunch specials are very reasonable. I would definitely try them out. Attaching the menu with my review.

The best chicken that I’ve had in my entire life. Specifically, the Spicy Thai Chicken. The assortment of tapioca bubble tea is as exotic as it is tasty. Service is world-class. Highest possible recommendation.

Rose Tea Cafe has the best Taro Bubble Tea in Pittsburgh. They work hard to make everything very fresh. The staff is friendly and personable and the food is excellent quality. The meals are easy to share, and now with the new expansion, there will be plenty of room to fit all your friends and family.

I came here thinking that my food is gonna be awesome but instead I had the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. I wasn’t pleased with my dish and the owner of the restaurant gave me a hard time about me paying for it when it was the most horrible dish I ever ate in my life. And not only that I asked for another dish in return and he flat out said that he wouldn’t make it for me. I was appalled by his behavior over this so do NOT go here it’s horrible!
