I waited 30 minutes for hot n ready and crazy bread. The lady at the register had a mess lost my ticket didn't get the order right and was rude. ANOTHER lady waited as long as me and just finally asked for her money back.

tl;dr: You get what you pay for. All of these bad reviews are quite humorous. Going to a place like little Caesar's, you have to understand what you are signing up for.. You can get a decent pizza, that is ready to eat for $5. Think about everything that has to happen to get that pizza to you for such a low price. The "bad employeees" aren't being paid a living wage, while they have to keep cranking out the "hot n ready" items all day, using cheap ingredients. You should be well aware when you walk in that the freshness of your pizza is going to be directly proportionate to the amount of business they're doing at that particular time. If they make too many, people are mad because it's not fresh. Make too few, and now you have to wait. I come here at least once every 2 weeks and many factors influence how fast or tasty the pizza is, but I never complain about it. If I wanted a pizza made how I want it, when I wanted it, I could go to an establishment that would charge me $15 to do just that.
