Love red lobster. Especially when they have their shrimp specials. Going at certain times you can beat the rush. Usually 3pm to 3:45pm you can get right in. Very nice staff. Food is made quickly. Priced right. Enjoy the rolls.. Not rushed out to leave.

The waitress I had (Hannah) was a good waitress. She checked back several times and was polite and caring. Service was great. But meal was only so-so! Potato/delicious, Shrimp Alfredo/dry, but Walt's shrimp/not very good (they may have been fried at a to low temp. the breading was gummy) you missed the 'boat' on them.

The server was very nice, pleasant & attentive. The lobster was very small ( like crape fish), which was very disappointing. The shrimp and samon were delicious, but the bed of rice was very greasy. The dish was high priced for the small portions. The prices at the BRAZILIAN restaurant in Scranton are much lower, and u get more for the money spent when ordering from their menu. We also waited a long time to be seated.

Only 4 out of 5 because I'm embarrassed at spending so much money there 😥 and because some of the pricey things were just okay for the cost, in my opinion. Service was quick and friendly. The best thing we got (we got a lot) was definitely the crab legs. Soooo good. The caprese wasn't what was expected, the green beans were good, and the steak was perfectly cooked. The lobster was just okay and a lot smaller than expected, but that's okay. I joined their rewards club before going and received a free appetizer (or dessert) and that was nice!

As always awesome delicious and friendly atmosphere. Never disappointed
