Nasty hard food. You can tell it is the same mass produced garbage as everywhere else. The manager and staff were cool though. They were very respectful, understanding and polite.

I really was surprised at the service TODAY. My family and I understand that Sundays are busy, but still try and provide great service. We placed our order and everything was just wrong. We still kept good attitudes and patience. All servers, cooks, management, etc. Should remember your customers keep you working. Without us, you don't have hours or a paycheck.

Typical Cracker Barrel experience. Waitress was new but she was still pretty quick and made no errors. No lines to pay. Food was good. I tried the yogurt parfait. It was on the small side but it was good.

I usually have a great experience here but today wasn't as great. The food was great and the service was good. But what really burned my buns was when I went to pay our ticket and the lady wasn't even paying attention. She was more concentrated on her phone hidden behind the register than providing costumer service. Lakita, our waitress was really nice and attentive. Thank you for being great! To the lady up by the counter... please put your phone down and pay attention to your Customers!!!

Love the atmosphere and the food. Great service and once you order your meal it comes very quickly.
