I've been to a lot of O'Charley's in a number of different states and while this one isn't bad, it didn't really live up the expectations I had, after being a patron at other locations. Where I always had high opinions of the food, staff and atmosphere elsewhere, my experience here was merely blah. Nothing really good. Nothing really bad. Just mediocre all the way around. And there are much, much better options in Greenwood in this price range as far as restaurants go.

We have tried to visit three times since Christmas but were always told to expect a 20-30 minute wait, so we went elsewhere. This time we went for an early supper (4:50 pm) and were told it would be 15 minutes. As we were waiting to be seated I went to use the restroom and noticed at least HALF of the tables were empty and the bar seating was nearly completely empty. I asked the hostess if we could just sit in the bar area and she said she would seat us when several of her servers came in. Once we were seated things moved along a bit better, but I noticed an older couple who were seated before us, get up and leave. Apparently, they were never served their food or drinks. Something is seriously wrong with how the management coordinates its crew and capacity. Many servers were flying around but hardly anyone was carrying food or drink. Anyhow, our server did a good job and our food was good, but we won't be back until they seat more efficiently.

This is a fairly exceptional restaurant for Greenwood. The prices are bargain and the food and atmosphere are exceptional. It is quite the hot spot for locals for these reasons. If you're looking for an accommodating dining experience in town then look no further.

Went for the bone in ribeye steak. Was the best steak in town. Do not go there now since they do not have the bone in ribeye anymore. It was awesome.

Nice atmosphere, clean, spacious, didn't wait long to be seated or for our food to come, waitress was very friendly and attentive, and the food was good as well. Will definitely go again.
