HORRIBLE experience every single time. They never have chicken up. You always have to pull up. They close 2 hours earlier than published on Google. I NEVER visit the NOLA and get such bad service. I would think that the company would want to maintain that reputation and perfect customer experience...

Updating my review. Came to try it again. 830pm we stop in....10pm they close. All food bins picked up with no good in them...food they actually had was in their take out boxes sitting on the counter. Employees throwing water all over the floors to "mop". Us as well as all other customers had to wait and wait and wait for food to cook as it was ordered since they had pretty much close house before closing time. 830 is way too early to pack up dinner at a fast food joint. Of course more customers are coming. Management shouldnt allow anything put away until actually CLOSED. I was a manager at a fast food place and I did not allow it. We closed at 11 and not until 11. Period.

I give you four stars because the tenders weren't all that great however your hospitality was out of sight I might order something else on my next visit

Drove from Barnwell to get spicy chicken, a 16 piece family meal and only one piece of chicken out of 16 was spicy. So while sitting at the drive thru I hear a/the manager telling all of the employees starting tomorrow black pants, black sock, black shoes, no beards, hair in nets and original hair color. So if you are worried about the appearance of employees so much how about making sure they can read and understand “SPICY and MILD” on them racks and screens. I guess fast food might as well be called stupid people serving half assed food.
