Unfortunately I live right here and frequent quite often, staff is always rude even after saying have a nice day they can’t even return the simple gesture. Fries are normally cold, too nervous to ask for fresh fries with their attitudes. Three days ago came at about 7am for biscuit and a coffee, never got my coffee and it took roughly 20 mins and that was me saying forget the coffee. Clearly missing any sort of management, I could only imagine how in sanitary it is with the workers they have. Keep going a few exits there is a better one up the road Edit wrote the above while I waited 25mins for my food. Side note clean the darn grill and maybe learn how to do building blocks one patty on top of the other .... Got my burger and it looked like one of the semis in the back ran it over, and tasted like the grill hadn’t been cleaned in a month

This is the closest McDonald's to my house. We constantly have to wait 20 minutes or more for the drive through. Often the drive through is just plain closed because they cannot staff the restaurant... The food is often cold when it goes through the window or over the counter. This McDonald's does not care about it's customers or the food they put out. It is literally the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!!

On the road 10 hrs today & was looking for a snack to hold us over until dinner & a bathroom break. Bathrooms weren't the nastiest I've ever seen, BUT they were no where near really clean (C-). Then we were told that they didn't have Apple pies, 😕😞 How is McDonald's out of Apple pies? {WHAT THE}

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal, they left off my chicken. Then when I called they were very rude. Not impressed
