Went this morning to pick up breakfast. Ordered the Frisco sandwich requested it come on a biscuit instead of the bread. They wouldn't accommodate. Ordered a cinnamon raisin biscuit, they were out; got a cold butter biscuit instead. At the window 2 girls were arguing about how many orders of hash brown go in the bag. Went back for lunch ordered a Frisco burger; it was cold, cheese wasn't even melted. Ordered a $5 box, requested 2 double cheese burgers, wouldn't accommodate. Settled for a double cheese burger and spicy chicken NO GARDEN. Got them both cold with garden. The only thing they pleased this customer on both trips were the 4 hash browns and drinks.

There's a young guy that works here and his name is Jon, he makes it an absolute pleasure to come to this hardees just becuase of how kind he is. When I walked in he complimented me in my ring and right after I walked away he was complimenting other guests. Jon makes this place worth going in. Good job buddy.

Just got home from getting an order from the drive-thru; the burger was complete garbage. The cheese was not even melted. The burger in its entirety was luke warm. I asked for fresh fries and didn’t receive them. There were no customer cars in the parking or ahead of me, so there’s no excuse. I’ll be glad when the whole industry is automated.

Grabbed a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, hash rounds after delivering the Sunday editions of Greenville News and Anderson Independent papers. Great food, friendly, smiling staff.

We just left the drive thru. Everything was fine until the girl working the window reached to get our debit card and she had the dirtiest hands. She had black stuff under her fingernails! Disgusting enough and her teeth were rotted out! The tea was unsweetened. The fact that she did not touch our food is the only reason we left without throwing it back in the window. Will NOT be back!
