With songs like Lovers in Japan, Call me maybe and Blank Slate playing faintly in the restaurant, I sat in a booth by myself on a not so busy weekday evening. I really needed a comforting, classic dining experience and that’s what I got. Warm ambience, courteous staff and great quality food! Though some seafood items on the menu are overpriced. I ordered whitefish and loved it. It was fresh and not too greasy as opposed to some of the other chain restaurants. They were out of a few items on the menu that I was interested in and their aisles could have used some cleaning, but overall a comforting dining experience.

Great food, good atmosphere. We came through on a weekday at lunch and had a great experience. Service was a little slow but our meals came out quickly after our order. Patience is needed to get out of parking lot, especially when turning left. Definitely would recommend and return!

Service was not that great and there were not many people dining. I had to ask for refills on more than one occasion. I purchased the unlimited rolls, salad and soup and my waitress could not keep it supplied. The loaded potato soup was just like a bowl of melted cheese, there was barely any potatoes in it. The waitress was talkative and nice, but the service just wasn't there. I don't know if the were short in the kitchen but I was not satisfied with my meal. At one point, my whole family needed drink refills, the waitress said she would be back to fill our glasses, but instead, she was outside talking to someone. It will be a while before I return to this location.

On my most recent visit here we had a terrible experience. Once we were seated the manager took our drink order and food order. Our drinks did not get refilled AT ALL during our meal. When I pointed it out at the end, I was offered a to-go drink. Accuracy of order was way off. One of our kids meals came with asparagus instesd of the apple sauce she ordered. My medium steak came out as well done with gristly grill marks. Was sent back to try again. I always give the opportunity to fix the problem. Then I wan given a bloody steak that was very obviously rare. Husband asked for A1 sauce, and received an empty bottle. Manager took off half the price of my meal for our inconveniences. I love the potato soup and salad here, but I will only be getting it to go from now on.

First of all we pull into the parking lot and the chef and one of the other cooks are in the parking lot yelling and having a very heated argument with one another, we had to wait for them to move out of the middle of the parking lot so we could pull through and park but that was just the start, wish we would have left right then. So, then we walk in and the host was most definitely not happy to be there, leaning against the wall we had to stand there before he ever even looked at us and even then he didn't say anything to us for a minute, finally decided he was done holding the wall up and took our names. Our wait time was over double what we were told we would wait and it was definitely not busy. Our waitress was really sweet and was very prompt at taking our drink orders and seeing if we needed anything, absolutely no complaints about her at all, she kept our drinks filled and gave us bread quickly, made sure to check on us often. Another waiter and waitress though thought that the booth behind our table was their own personal lounge to complain about how boring their work day was even though they had been asked by other servers to help out they joked about how they should but wouldn't. Now onto the food, I know why kids eat free now.............. My daughters both had burgers, they were burnt to a crisp literally I don't know what they were thinking serving that to anyone. Then, my youngest son got the chicken, at first my thoughts were well, thankfully he doesn't eat a lot because they gave him two of the smallest chicken tenders I had ever seen absolutely ridiculous and if that would have been for one of my older children I would have asked for more food because that amount wouldn't fill anyone up, then he took one bite and said they were nasty, which they were. I ordered the french dip sandwich, very big mistake. Not only was it not cooked hardly at all it looked so disgusting, very, very low quality meat. More than half of the meat was just fat so I couldn't even eat it, I tried eating the first half because I wanted to give it a try but it made me feel sick. Then, we noticed something definitely not so lovely placed in a very out of the way at the top of the door place that the rating for O'charley's is now a C....... I can definitely say that after the meal we had today that doesn't surprise me. We will absolutely never come back to this place.
