Made the reservation because it was my wife's birthday and i knew she would be surprised and happy to dine here. The food is very expensive and that would be fine if the establishment backed it up with an incredible experience but that is not what we got. The service was below par and the obnoxious party of 6 beside us made it seem like we were at a local bar. My scallops were cold and my daughter's grouper was slightly overcooked. The soups and salads were excellent and my wife enjoyed her meal (redfish) so that was the good part. I'll be hard pressed to return though because there are just too many great places to eat in this area that get it right for less. I noticed other reviews with the same experience as we had so they aren't altering the culture there to match the price tag. I wish it would have matched my expectation but it unfortunately did not.

Very disappointed! Our waiter was rude, condescending and just plain hostile when, we along with 8 other guests requested resturant to ask very boisterous party of 6 to lower the noise level. The meal was very expensive , but nothing special. My meal Grouper was over cooked and without taste. This was our second bad experience at Pearl's. We will not return. Do not waste your money. This establishment does not understand hospitality.
