The customer service needs work they barely smile. Make sure you check your order they make mistakes sometimes. There drive thru used to be faster.

This bojangles is terrible. The workers are unfriendly and the service is terrible. The drive thru takes at least 20 minutes and going inside is worse. They usually have about 3 people running the entire restaurant during prime hours which leads to the slowness. The lady that takes your order also prepares your food. Severely understaffed to say the least. The drink machines also do not have correct carbonation levels because the majority of the soft drinks are pretty bad. If you are able to visit other bojangles locations, there is absolutely no reason to waste your time at this place. I live .1 miles away from this bojangles and will be visiting other locations from now on because this one is so terrible.

I ordered the chick supreme combo and the chicken tenders looked like chicken nuggets. If I could post a picture I would. Bs if you ask me

One of the worst drive- throughs I have been through. The attendant was not friendly what-so-ever when she answered the first time. I told her what I wanted.........nothing. I asked , "Are you there?" she came back on with, "when you say what your sides are." I just drove off because I don't trust that caliber of person with my food. I wouldn't even give it one star rating.
