My husband would probably give this a 3.5. I was not impressed. We went there on recommendation of our B&B host. We both ordered steaks, potato, and salad. The salad was generous and good with hard-boiled eggs and fresh tomatoes. My husbands rib-eye was very good and nicely seasoned. My New York strip was seasoned and done correctly, but gristly and seemed undersized. Though we both ordered 10 oz sizes his was a lot bigger. I ordered a house Merlot which they didn't have. This is mostly a bar, now. They did have a Cabernet and it was atrocious. I am not a connoisseur. Our potatoes were hot and no complaints there. It was good value for the price overall. Our waitress was young and inexperienced, but nice. The ambiance was...institutional in the dining area. Bright florescent lights, cheap tables and chairs and drab color scheme. I have seen public school cafe's with more atmosphere. I peeked into the lounge area and the ambiance there was kind of dark and scary. Dark two toned stripy wood like tiger fur. It may have been intentional because I suspect Clemson fans. It was like a whole other building.

I tried RHINO'S on a friend's recommendation. I went went with two others and arrived at 12pm. There was no wait, actually the place was almost empty. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the other orders were fried flounder and a hamburger. It took 35+ minutes to be served our food. That seems a little excessive when the place wasn't busy. The buffalo chicken sandwich was great! But the fries seemed to be a mix of old cold ones and fresh ones. None of them would burn you but there were definitely some cold ones. The atmosphere was lacking too. I won't be in a hurry to return. Did I mention I liked the Buffalo chicken sandwich? It really was good! To bad everything wasn't as good.

Took an hour to get a chicken wrap and chicken quesadilla. They offered free dessert because of the wait once I complained. So we ordered cherry cheese cake. Guess they wanted to make the entire experience a flop since they came back to inform us they didn't have any cherries for the cheese cake. Good grief!

This time was just ok for me. I normally call in chicken wings for pick up which are 5 stars in my book and the best in Chester. This time I went in for lunch to try something different. The waitress was very friendly and took good care of our table. The food was just ok to me. I've had better shrimp at other places for less as a lunch item. The electric lemonade was terrible. I will be back for the wings!!

Service was quick and friendly. Steak under cooked. No cashier at front desk. Had to enter bar area.
