We ate at the Wendy's in Conway, SC. My husband likes the Baconator and other foods there. I like the Single and the Grilled Chicken, minus the sweet sauce they use on it. I noticed a while back that they have changed the fries for the worse. Wendy's fries were my favorite, but these new ones are leathery and have no flavor. I skipped fries and had a Frosty today. Yummy.

Every single time I come to this location the entire drive thru is jammed packed. 11am, 2pm, 5pm or 1am in the morning. I mean what in the world? I just don't understand. This location loses more business because like myself. I just keep driving by when it's slammed packed because I know it's going to take 30+ minutes to get to the window to get my food. Tonight makes the last time I'll be back.

Employees need more people skills. Food is fair. Fries can be over salted or under cooked.
